Welcome to Odin's Oracle, a celestial advisor platform operated by Odin's Eye Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Odin's Oracle (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service

Odin's Oracle provides personalized astrological readings, decision-tracking tools, mood logging, and pattern correlation features. The Service is designed solely for entertainment and personal self-reflection.

To be absolutely clear:

• Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, medical, legal, or any other form of professional advice.
• Astrological readings and pattern correlations are generated algorithmically and carry no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or reliability.
• You should not make life decisions based solely on information provided by this Service.

2. Cryptocurrency & Blockchain Data

The Service may display cryptocurrency whale movement data and related blockchain analytics. This information is derived from publicly available blockchain data and is presented for educational and informational purposes only.

• This data does not constitute financial advice, trading recommendations, or investment guidance of any kind.
• We make no representations about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of blockchain data displayed.
• You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make. We are not liable for any losses resulting from your use of or reliance on this data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service, or have verifiable parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide the Service to anyone under 13 years of age.

4. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Our premium tier is available at $9.99/month, billed through Stripe. Subscription details, including cancellation and refund policies, are presented at the time of purchase.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of your billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Donations & Cathedral Patron Program

OEE accepts voluntary donations ("Light a Candle") to support ongoing development of the Cathedral and its tools. Donations are non-refundable and do not constitute a purchase of goods or services unless explicitly stated.

Cathedral Patron ($333)

The Cathedral Patron tier grants the following benefits:

• Lifetime access to all current and future OEE tools and premium features, for as long as the platform is actively maintained and operated by Odin's Eye Enterprises LLC.
• Permanent recognition on the Cathedral's Stained Glass page, displaying the patron's chosen name.

Important terms:

• "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the OEE platform, not an indefinite guarantee.
• OEE reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or replace specific tools at its discretion. Patrons will retain access to equivalent or successor tools.
• Cathedral Patron status is non-transferable and applies to one individual account.
• If the platform ceases operations entirely, no further obligation is owed beyond that date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the Service
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users
• Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or security
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our written permission

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or use the Service in ways that could harm us or other users. Where possible, we will provide notice before termination. You may also delete your account at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service — including its design, algorithms, content, branding, and underlying technology — is owned by Odin's Eye Enterprises LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your data belongs to you. You retain full ownership of any personal data, decision logs, and content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or emotional distress.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in English.

• You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
• Either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm.
• Before initiating arbitration, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page
• Notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before material changes take effect

Continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
